电站用穿墙套管适用于35kV及以下电压等级的电站、变电所配电装置及电器设备中,供导线(母线)穿过接地隔板,墙壁及封闭配电机构中作为绝缘支持和外部导线(母线)连接用。

电站用高压穿墙套管分为户内和户外两大类,有铜导体、铝导体及不带导体的母线式穿墙套管三种结构,并有普通型和耐污型两大类产品。

(四)特点及结构简介 Characteristics
and structure
套管由瓷套、安装法兰及导电部分装配而成,母线穿墙套管不带导电部分。瓷套与法兰固定方式,除35kV高原型以及部分耐污型产品采用机械卡装外,其余均用水泥胶合剂胶装;铜质电杆采用定心垫圈和螺母固定,铜、铝导电排采用定心垫圈和开口销固定。对母线穿墙套管所带安装用夹板,出厂时未加工开口尺寸,以便用户根据实际选用的母线规格型式自行确定开口尺寸。瓷件表面一般上棕釉。安装法兰一般采用灰铸铁,但电流等级为1500A及以上产品的法兰、端帽及定心垫圈采用硅铝合金,以降低套管在长期工作下的发热温度。各种黑色金属附件表面涂灰磁漆。
为了提高套管的起始电晕,对20和35kV套管在结构上采取均压措施,将靠近法兰部位的瓷套及两边的伞(棱)适当加大、加厚,在瓷件焙烧前于瓷套内腔和法兰附近以及靠近法兰的第一个伞(棱)上均匀涂上一层半导体釉,经焙烧后使半导体釉牢固地结合在瓷壁上,并通过接触片使导体与瓷壁短路,这样就大大改善了电场分布,防止套管内腔发生放电,提高滑闪放电电压。以往对20和30kV套管内腔和法兰处采用喷铝层来改善电场分布,运行证明铝层易于剥落,往往不起作用,改用上半导体釉后克服了喷铝的缺点。
